SEMINAR OBJECTIVES

This workshop will give a thorough overview of IMAGO Relational Therapy as developed by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D.  This type of therapy can be powerful and effective in helping couples learn how to heal rather than hurt each other by becoming conscious of childhood wounds that influence partner selections, perceptions, and behaviors.

SEMINAR GOALS

At the conclusion of this seminar, attendees will have:
  1. A basic understanding of IMAGO theory
  2. Development and understanding of their own personal "IMAGO"
  3. Orientation to intentional dialogue process technique

PRESENTER

Dona E. Diftler is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified employee assistance professional, and a certified IMAGO Relational Therapist.  Ms. Diftler has been an IMAGO Therapist since 1996 and is currently in fulltime private practice in Knoxville.
